By accessing or using the Aimee Egan Hair website, booking an appointment, or visiting our salon, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We offer professional hair services including salon styling, bridal hair, and editorial work. All services are performed by qualified team members and tailored to your specific booking and consultation.
2. Appointments & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will have the deposit held in credit for a future appointment.
3. Cancellations & Reschedules

Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows impact our ability to serve other clients and our stylists’ time.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy with the result, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to address your concerns with a complimentary adjustment.
5. Client Expectations
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment:
Please arrive on time to your appointment.
Notify us in advance of any delays or changes.
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal.
6. Personal Information & Privacy
We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used to manage your bookings and communication with our salon.
7. Website Use
