At Aimee Egan Hair, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients and our team, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Deposits & Cancellations

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

• If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be held in credit for a future booking.

• Credits are valid for [insert timeframe, e.g., 3 months] from the original appointment date.

Rescheduling

• Reschedules made 48 hours or more in advance will have the deposit transferred to the new appointment.

• If rescheduling occurs within 48 hours, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required.

We understand that life happens, but due to the nature of our services and the time allocated for each client, late cancellations leave gaps that are hard to fill. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
